I had given this company a 1 star review becasue it was taking a while for a return to process. I was called and a message was left within minutes of that review. The circumstance were explained and a very sincere apology was expressed. I appreciated that call. That does not happen often. I have changed my review to a 4 star because other than the price of the item i returned i am very pleased with their response.
