Shipping policy

Thank you for placing your order with us at Red Fox Gaming. Below we have outlined some of our shipping guidelines and policies so that your shopping experience is clear and easy as possible for you! We value each transaction and appreciate your business!

Order Processing

We process all orders within 2 business days of ordering excluding any holidays or weekends. If we are experiencing a severe amount of traffic and orders, there may be delays but we always strive to hit our mark every time for you guys. 

Shipping Carriers

All orders primarily will be shipped via USPS. Any special requests such as FedEx or UPS will be considered, but will be up to our final discretion. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all transactions over $75. If you have multiple orders, please email us at redfoxgamingandelectronics@gmail.com so that we may combine your orders together. 

International Shipping Policy

As of right now, we do not ship outside of the United States, but may consider doing so in the future. 

Preorders 

Preorders will be shipped on release day unless they arrive late from one of our suppliers. We highly recommend to separate any preordered items as a separate transaction so we can process those at a later time. If you order any live items with your preorders, we will be shipping out your order when all items arrive and become available. 

Tracking & Delivery 

All items in our store will receive tracking via USPS or any other carrier that we use for your order unless you select the "Trading Card Single(s)" option at checkout. You can choose this option if you decide to ship out several singles that fall under 2 ounces in weight. For any trading card singles orders, you will be presented with both options to pay for tracking or to use the envelope and stamp at $1.29. We recommend choosing whichever one you feel more comfortable with and will do either based on what you prefer, though we may occasionally upgrade the order to having tracking if we deem it necessary. Any orders that are not for trading card singles that choose that option under $75 will be canceled and refunded if this shipping policy is abused.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped with your tracking number made available so you can keep up with when you should expect your package. If your postal carrier cannot make the expected delivery, we recommend waiting a day because they will usually attempt to deliver again. In that case, we recommend contacting your local USPS so that you can coordinate with them regarding your package. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Red Fox Gaming guarantees that your package will be delivered safely to you. Once your package has been marked as delivered by the responsible carrier, we will no longer be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We do NOT refund NOR replace lost or stolen packages. If there is anyway in which we can help you recover your package, we will attempt to do so, but we always recommend that you deliver any and all packages to a safe location.
