Ten years ago, I started Red Fox Gaming with $150 and a dream. I grew up playing and collecting video games all of my life. Some of my fondest memories were playing and bonding with my brother over Mario Kart Double Dash or Super Smash Bros. Melee, and sharing those moments with him are a lot of what inspired me to make this company. We have always wanted to build a place where you can purchase your favorite games or collectibles, build lasting memories with family and friends, and create a place where everyone feels welcomed!

Through these last ten years, I have been fortunate enough to expand our brick & mortar presence and start adding more products for Funko POPs, anime, manga, collectibles, and trading cards. As a fan, player, and collector, it has been a dream to be here with you all today. Thank you so much to everyone of you who has made a purchase, told a family member, friend, or neighbor about us, or supported us throughout the years. We wouldn't be here without you and I never forget that. We are excited to start a new chapter with our new online store and can't wait to bring those same morals and values on here that served us so well all these years such as: 

• The golden rule. We treat everyone exactly how we would like to be treated. If I was a customer of ours, how would I want us to treat me? 
• Be honest and transparent. Our prices are listed and we always love sharing what we can do for you on our trades in cash or store credit. We never want you to feel pressured or think you have to take a deal. We are here to serve and love what we do! 
• Have fun! We are all about what we do and love to be here with you guys! 
• Exemplify extraordinary customer service. Our goal is to always kill you with kindness and make sure everyone who steps through our door or visits our website feels welcomed and valued. 

 

Anyways, ten years is a long time and we are so happy to be here with all of you guys! It's been quite the ride and I can't wait to see what exciting new adventures await us moving forward!
