Tobi also known as Obito Uchiha is a recurring character in the popular anime, Naruto. He was once a member of the Hidden Leaf Ninja village and was once a teammate of Hatake Kakashi when they were younger. Obito makes his return to the series as the antagonist leader of the Akatsuki group that started the Fourth Shinobi World War.
