• We will be offering preorders moving forward through our online store here. You should be able to choose in-store pickup on the day of release or to have it shipped directly to you based on what you prefer. 
  • There are no cancellations on preorders!
  • You will not be able to edit your preorder! We highly recommend placing orders with preorders and live items into separate orders!
  • Payments for preorders will be due at the time of checking out and not on the release date. 
  • We will ship out all preorders on or right after the street date depending on when it arrives to us. Sometimes there are delays from our suppliers or shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx can be delayed as well. We will always make sure to try and get out all preorders to you as fast as possible!
  • We will notify you when your preorder ships with an email. 
  • We advise that if you order multiple preorders all together that they will ship out when the last one arrives since we are only paid for shipping one time at the time of checkout. So please take this into account when ordering!
  • If you want to receive an item a little sooner, we recommend you placing orders separately so it can come to you faster!
