Our Roadmap for 2026 & Beyond!

For those of you who aren’t acquainted with me, my name is Spenser Clark and I am the owner of Red Fox Gaming. I started working on Red Fox Gaming in August 2014 preparing and learning all of the useful things that would go on to serve me for many years as we began our journey into video games, consoles, and accessories. For anyone who has been with us since the beginning, thank you! I was lucky enough after a year of prep work, building up inventory, and saving enough money to start our brick & mortar location on August 5th,2015. It feels like such a long time ago, and in many ways it feels like yesterday for me. It’s been a blessing to do what we have done for over a decade.
Every year, I take a good look at the products, services, and industries we are in and ask myself what we can offer that we don’t already and how can we improve what we do here. 2025 was our largest year to date and we don’t have any plans to stop our momentum now. In the last two years, we have made some great additions such as our loyalty program, our online store, getting into the trading card singles market, and continuing to expand into more product lines for the TCG industry.
Going into the rest of 2026, we are excited to make a few announcements! We are aiming to have our own organized play area in the back and are looking to open this up in the next month or two. We are moving as quickly as we can to renovate and make the area a fun, comfortable, and safe environment for players of Magic, Pokemon, and One Piece! We may add organized play for additional games in the future, but will start and focus on those three to start. By adding organized play, we will be able to give local players a place to go for community, tournaments, prize support, and a place to call their own. Another benefit will be able to start selling sealed products for prerelease. We will be adding our first tabletop game, Gundam Assemble, to our lineup of products and are excited to carry this later this year. Our organized play will support a minimum of 8 players, but we are shooting to go for 8-16 players in the OP space. If everything continues to improve, we may possibly look to figuring out ways to grow our space so that we can continue growing our store and community.
With the addition of organized play, we will be starting our own discord server for all of our community members to be a part of and should roll this out around the time we start our organized play space. We are working on exciting ways to engage with our audience through our server and to allow our community to have an online forum to continue their conversations online.
As exciting as organized play is for us, we are also excited to add that we will be receiving a Roca sorter sometime in the next month or so and that after we set it up, we will be taking in a much wider range of singles including bulk for Magic, Pokemon, and One Piece. This will allow us to automate our trade in process and make things easier for customers and us and will help speed up our trade in process! We are hoping to expand our growing selection of singles even further so that players and collectors can continue to fill their binders or decks with all of the singles they need to support their needs.
For our online store, we will be working on making improvements to collections and the shopping process. We will be working on online & social media engagement and content as we continue to grow with more steady videos and blogs. One of the changes we are going to improve on soon will be making it easier to shop our current trading card singles in-store and online. As of right now, they are only viewable online on our website and we will be adding a kiosk for you guys to shop our singles so you can select which ones you want and pull them over.
We cannot state how excited we are to enact our next steps and continue to improve and build upon the experiences, products, support, and community that we have cultivated these last 11 years. It has genuinely been a pleasure to serve you guys and my team and I look forward to continuing to serve you guys for as long as possible. We cannot wait to continue our growth by your side and doing our best to be there for all of you! None of this would be possible without our amazing customers and I look forward to seeing where our journey will take us next!
